I am a Naturopathic Doctor who focuses cancer supportive care and advocacy.
My aim is to work with each individual to provide the necessary support in the care that you have chosen.
I use the most current research, combined with historical evidence to suggest substances that will augment your treatment, with the aim of making your body an inhospitable environment for the cancer to thrive.
I can often help understand how to work with the body to help prevent recurrence.
I am happy to work with the integral members of your medical team to provide safe and effective suggestions to aid with the side effects of your treatment. I am happy to dialogue with these folks to ensure that everyone understands the suggestions being made, and is comfortable with their safety and efficacy.
In urging the body back to health, I often use treatments that are focused on Dietary, Herbal, Nutritional, counseling and Energetic therapies
My aim is to provide care unbiased by gender or medical stereotype. I am interested in working with all patients to provide care that respects each persons relationship with their body, and encourage folks to communicate what their individual needs are.
About the Doc
I love living in Vermont because the scale is small enough for folks to make a difference in whatever they do.
I am interested in being part of a paradigm shift in the way the medical system approaches cancer care. I enjoy working diligently with people to help them restore their health and being an advocate and source of support through the process.
My strengths and passions are learning and collaboration, thinking outside of established models, and creating health in a way that considers all aspects of life. My focus is in affirming folks rather than telling them what to do.
I love swimming, biodynamic pasture care and farming, crafting, traveling to study, making things and learning to build, as well as working with plants and essential oils. Working in community and collaborating with others are the ways I choose to foster a new vision of healthcare.
I studied Fine Arts and Pre-Med at the University of Colorado, and Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University, class of 2009.
